Jon Zizelmann is the great-grandson of Conrad and Wilhelmina Bischoff and hence a fourth generation funeral director. He is a 1965 graduate of Ursinus College earning a Bachelors of Science in Psychology. He graduated from the American Academy/McAllister Institute of Funeral Service of New York City in 1966. During his off hours, he can usually be found either reading or playing the occasional game of golf. He and his wife, Sylvia, live in West Penn Township near Tamaqua.

Christine Mateyak Zizelmann graduated from Geisinger Nursing School in 1980 and earned her Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing from Immaculata University in 2005. She graduated from Northampton Community College's Department of Funeral Science in 2012. Christine is a Registered Nurse certified in Emergency Room nursing and is employed both by the funeral home and St. Luke’s Hospital – Miners Campus. Her out-of-office activities include cooking, needlework, and outdoor activities.

Eric Zizelmann graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Physics from Susquehanna University in 1993 and a Masters of Science in Mathematics from Bucknell University in 1995. His Associates Degree in Funeral Service was awarded in 1999 from Northampton Community College. In his free time, he can be found reading, woodworking, or enjoying the outdoors.

Eric and Christine are the parents of four children.
