BiographyGrace E. Yost, 94, of South Elizabeth Street, Tamaqua, PA died on Thursday, July 22, 2010 at the home of her granddaugher in Hometown. She was the wife of the late Ross Williams who died in 1940 and the late Baund Yost who died in 1983. Born in West Penn Township, Schuylkill County, PA on Novemeber 6, 1915, Grace was a daughter of the late Harvey and Mame (nee Hill) Steigerwalt. A 1933 graduate of Tamaqua High School, she worked for the Atlas Powder Company, Reynolds and retired from the former J.E. Morgan Knitting Mills, Hometown. Grace was the oldest surviving member of the West Penn Rod and Gun Club. She was also a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Tamaqua. Surviving her are daughter, Susan Tyler and her husband, Michael of Lake Hauto, PA; son, Robert Williams and his wife, Mamie of Reynolds, PA; son-in-law, Andrew Bugdanavage of Tamaqua; 4 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren. She was also predeceased by a daughter, Linda Bugdanavage; a grandson, Drew Bugdanavage; and sisters, Evelyn Edmonds and Agnes Moser. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at Sky View Memorial Park, Hometown, PA. Memorials in her name may be made to St. Lukes VNA Hospice, 1510 Valley Center Parkway, Suite 200, Bethlehem, PA 18017. The Zizelmann-Roche Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Graveside Service
